The Talk To Us facility is used to send feedback, enquiries or requests to the NUTUN Transact staff.
If you require assistance with using APS, want to send feedback concerning the APS website, or you need to request the staff to perform specific actions regarding your payments, you would use
the Talk To Us facility.
To use this facility, click on Talk To Us in the main menu.
Fill in the fields with your information and click the submit button.
Name: Enter your first-name in here.
Surname: Enter your surname in here.
Email Address: Enter the email address where you wish to receive your correspondence from NUTUN Transact.
Company Name: Enter the company name that is registered on APS to which your query pertains.
Contact Number (office hours): Enter the day-time phone number which NUTUN Transact may use to contact you.
Mobile (optional): Enter a cellular phone number that NUTUN Transact may use to contact you.
Query: Enter a description of the issue, request or feedback that you wish to convey to NUTUN Transact.
All fields marked with an asterisk * are compulsory, and must be filled in before the message can be submitted.
A NUTUN Transact staff member will receive the message and will contact you as soon as they can, regarding your query.
