APS is a fully automated Internet Based System suited to Clients that have a need to process small and very high volumes of Electronic Funds Transfers and Collections.
Key Functionalities and Features
Company Details, Company Limits and Transaction Banking Details are verified.
Company’s details are validated by NUTUN Transact for FICA compliance.
System is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week from anywhere is the world.
APS System uses SSL 128 bit Encryption Technology.
Import Facility allows APS to Interface with any Product or Software Package.
E-mail & SMS notifications are sent when Transactions are received by NUTUN Transact.
Transactions (Successful & Failed) are available online.
Limits
Your company sets limits in conjunction with your NUTUN Transact Consultant:
Item Limit, i.e. the maximum item value per transaction
Aggregate limit, i.e. the total value of all the transactions per Payment Request submitted.
Post-Dated Facility
Payments can be post-dated in advance
Notification
After Payment Requests have been submitted via APS, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS informing you that NUTUN Transact has received your payment request.
Similarly NUTUN Transact will e-mail and/or SMS transactions that have failed and reasons for failure.
