Maintain Existing Payment

The Maintain Payment page is where you Change Transaction Details, Add/Import transactions and delete transactions on an existing Payment Request.

Hover over Request in the Main Menu and then over All Requests. Then select the type of request (Payments; Collections; Naedos Collections; AVS) that applies.
  • The Payment Search page is displayed
  • Enter the Search Criteria into the Payment Description, Payment Reference, Internal Reference, State, From-Date or To-Date fields.
  • Click the Search button.
  • A listing of the Transaction Requests are displayed below.
  • Click on the Payment Request you want to do changes on.
  • The Payment Request details are displayed.

Search Transactions
  • Enter your search characters / words.
  • Select the field you want to search on.
  • Click on the Search button.
  • Transactions that meet the Search criteria are displayed in the Captured Transactions section below.
  • View, amend or delete the transactions as required.
  • Click on the Save button.

Failed Transactions
  • In the Captured Transactions section, select View Failed Transactions from the drop down on the right hand side.
  • Failed Transactions are transactions that have either incorrect bank account details or the limits have been exceeded.
  • The Failed transactions are displayed in the Captured Transactions section below.
  • View, amend or delete the transactions as required.
  • Click on the Save button.

Save Deleted Transactions
  • In the Captured Transactions section, tick the checkboxes of the transactions you would like to delete.
  • The All/None link ticks or unticks all the transactions in the current page only.
  • Click on the Delete Selected button.
  • Confirmation box displays a message Save Deleted Transactions to a file.
  • Upon clicking yes, a File download box is displayed with a message Do you want to open or save this file?.
  • Click Save and a Save as box is displayed. Enter the file name and navigate to the folder where you would like to save the Deleted Transactions file.
  • Upon clicking Save, the file is created. The transactions can then be amended and imported into the Payment Request using the CSV Format.
